Worst disquise ever!

If your going to rob someone its a good idea to use a disguise. For best effect use a ski mask, a Halloween mask, maybe pantyhose. Anything besides drunkenly drawing a mask onto your face with a sharpy. Matthew Allan McNelly, left, and Joey Lee Miller from Carroll, Iowa did just that and were pretty quickly arrested (still in sharpy masks) blocks away from the scene.
